Graphics isn't the best and it's hard to get started as a newbie player although they now have what they call a "newbie trail" which is a series of ingame help texts that show you how to play the game. Once you make friends though it's very addictive, much more than the other games I have played. Elsewhere its more about leveling up, getting everything there is and then that's it. Here you make friends, enemies and new things come out of these relations, scheming, running for office, reacting to the latest PvP chatter and so on. It's a great game and I love it. Date 2009-04-29 Dutch The graphics aren't the best, but the people that play the game make it so addicting. The game pulls you into role-play and you can play your character as you wish. There is alot to do, become a buisness owner, run for government positions, be a prostitute and alot of other things. Its a small community currently, but seems to be growing slowly. I have been playing awhile and hope Socio 2 will be coming out soon. Date 2008-12-25 Lizardhead I like the game alot it has everything I was looking for, plus the community is great. Date 2008-07-07 Damionte Subject matter is strong, if you are into the world of Sub/Dom the idea behind the game will apeal to you. The graphics and sex animations are poor, though better than 2nd Life. Controls are not very intuitive, and there are few instructions. Community though is very strong and you can usually find help from others in game. Being a full PvP game though forces many others to be very guarded, so making social contacts is not easy. Also the game despite all the banners on the site saying it is in development and in early beta stages is complete. Date 2008-04-16 Jayden, Max's Slave I have been playing a while now and the interactions with other people on the game are great. Not just sex either. There are many things to do and you may do them alone or with others that you have gotten to know. Sit around a bar and chat. Watch sex shows, dancing, go out and kill NPC's or other fight with other players. I thought I would never play a gme with graphics like they have but it is fantastic and quickly becomes addictive. So if you are looking to make some friends come visit us in Midguard Bar in the newbie area of Stratford. Date 2008-02-07 Andrebutt I think it is fun and exciting, but it could use better graphics, more sexual scenario options like for ff, and a little more imagination, but it is off to a good start. Date 2007-12-21 Ezmeralda I've played Sociolotron since it's beta days over 4 years ago. It can be very addicting, friendships made, loves lost it has it all. Oh and you can kill monsters and be productive if thats what you desire. The graphics are the greatest, but the social atmosphere makes up for all that. So if you want sex, monsters and the ability to level your character, Socio as we like to call it is the game for you! Date 2007-01-29 Mary Jane While I understand and respect that Sociolotron is entirely the fruit of one man's efforts, it leaves a lot to be desired. Graphics: Very primitive. The virtual world is crudely rendered and confusing. Many areas look so similar to each other its easy to become lost. The avatars also leave a lot to be desired. Interface: The GUI is incredibly confusing and non-intuitive. Community: The one thing I did like about Sociolotron is the player community. A surprisingly large number of people play this game.
