My girl friend and me are playing second life since years together. We rented a small piece of land and equipped it for certain kinds of role playing 😉

Second Life has no monthly fee (even if there is a premium account
which never revealed its sense to me as one can do anything with a normal account). At the very beginning one should convert a little money into the games currency linden dollars for the creation of an attractive avatar (skin, shape, some clothes and animations). You may also start with no cost items for first getting experienced with the game.

The best in second life is that one creates game contents single handed (skins, clothes, items, poses, animations, etc.)
The whole world content is created and uploaded by players, this means everytime new contents exist to explore.
